At GiveHugz, we want you to feel as comfortable in our clothing as you do in a warm embrace. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into the original packaging or a secure mailing bag.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
